UB comes back from 20-point fourth quarter deficit to defeat Bowling Green 40-34 in double OT

UB football has provided a lot of drama this year…it continued last night as the Bulls came from 20 points back in the fourth quarter to defeat Bowling Green in double OT.

I must be honest…when they fell behind 27-7 early in the 4th quarter, thought it was over…stupid me…it wasn’t.  The Bulls scored 20 unanswered points the rest of way to send the game to OT where they won it courtesy of a 25 yard touchdown run by James Starks.

The Bulls at 7-4 now will play in the MAC championship game and will most likely earn some type in bowl berth even if they lose the MAC final.

UB can end the season at 8-4 by knocking off Kent State next Friday at home.

Go Bulls!
