Extreme Makeover Buffalo STYLE

I must admit…I watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition periodically…you can’t help to get hooked into one of the shows if you chance upon while surfing around the tube.
When I heard the the show was going to roll into the B-lo, I never expected it to turn out the way it did. What happened over on Massachusetts Avenue this past week is nothing short of a Buffalo miracle.
It says something about who we are here in WNY. The record outpouring of support for this Makeover shouldn’t have surprised anyone. I always find it wonderful when you read stories about how generous a community we are. Considering the downs this region has seen over the years, it is something we should all be proud of. We are truly a city of good neighbors.
It is why I love this crazy town and why I have hope for it. It also helps define who we are.
